Can you ship me a paper catalog?

No.   At this time we do not offer a paper catalog.   We hope to offer one in the future, so feel free to get on our mailing list by sending us an email with your postal address. The pricing and availability of all jewelry supplies is listed on our web site.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

Yes. It is $7.00 online. There is no minimum in our shop.

What is your privacy policy?

We do not share any information about our customers with others, with the exception of information required to process their orders (or when requested by a government health or law enforcement agency in the course of an investigation.)   We do not send SPAM email, but we do send email to our customers with order confirmation, tracking number information, or questions regarding their order.   Please see our privacy statement on the "about us" page.

Can I visit your business and pick out beads in person?

Yes, we have a shop in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is located in Old Town, just West of the Old Church on the plaza. We're in the Plaza Don Luis on the second floor.

I'm handicapped and would like to visit your shop. Is that possible?

Yes.   We are handicapped accessible. You will need to take the elevator in the South building of our shopping plaza. You can cross over to the North building, where we are located, on the second floor.

How long have you been in business?

We started business in December 2000.

What professional organizations do you belong to?

We are members of the Old Town Merchants Association, the Albuquerque Convention and Visitors' Bureau and The Bead Society of New Mexico.
