What is your return policy?
We will refund the full price of returned items, as long as you keep the minimum order amount of $7.00. If you paid for shipping, then the full purchase amount is refunded even if you return the entire order.
How long from the date of purchase do I have to return my beads?
We will refund your purchase price on returned jewelry making supplies, books excepted (no returns on books) for up to six months from the date of purchase - no questions asked. We do require that they are complete packages and in original unaltered condition.
Can I return individual beads or partial packages?
We can only accept complete packages. If a bead was sold one per package, then it can be returned as a complete package.
How are discounts handled with returns?
We adjust the discount to match the total items you keep. In other words, you cannot buy a large amount just to get the discount then return items and keep a smaller order at the reduced price.
What if I received several of the same item in a shared bag, and I want to return part of what was in the bag? Do I have to return all items that were in the bag?
We do not consider the bag essential in defining a package, so you may return a single complete unit that was shipped in a shared bag. The definition of a complete unit is in the item's description on the web site similar to "1 strand per package" or "12 beads per package." The number of units purchased are also listed on your invoice.
The beads I bought broke when I worked with them. (I'm sure they must have been faulty.) Can I return them?
No. Only unaltered items can be returned. Please examine your items carefully before working with them.
What if some of the beads in the strand are imperfect? Can I exchange a partial strand?
We can only accept complete packages. Please examine your beads before use. If you are not satisfied with an item, the complete package must be returned in order to get a refund or a replacement.
If I return items, will my shipping costs be refunded?
No, only the purchase price will be refunded.
How do I return an item?
Return the items packaged so they do not break in transit, this means they are padded and don't shift in the package. You will need to include your "order number" in the package. No special authorization number is required.
