Do you have a minimum order amount?

Yes. It is $7.00 online. There is no minimum purchase in our shop.

How can I be sure my credit card information is secure?

Our Web site uses SSL (secure socket layer) encryption for all credit card information. Therefore, all your card numbers are encrypted as they flow through the Internet. Your financial information is not permanently stored on our web server. We do not store your credit card information on computers in our office. If you are uncomfortable with sending your credit card information over the Internet, you are welcome to FAX or phone your card information. Just place your order online, and select the "money order" payment method. Then fax or phone us the credit card information.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. We also accept cashiers checks, and money orders. We do not accept payment by check for web orders. We only accept personal checks in the shop when your drivers license is presented.

Orders that are paid via PayPal shipping outside the United States are limited to the countries on PayPal's list of authorized destinations. If your country is not on the list, you must pay by another method.

Don't you accept payments by check? I paid by check in the past.

Due to an unacceptable number of checks being returned for non-sufficient funds, we are no longer accepting payment for web orders by check. However, we will accept money orders. Place your order online, then mail us the money order. We do accept checks in our shop if you have your drivers license with you.

I have a business. Will you accept a purchase order?

We require receipt of payment before we ship any products.

What about sales tax?

Gross Receipts Tax on orders delivered to New Mexico is 7 percent of the total order (including shipping cost.) All orders shipped to locations outside New Mexico are not taxed. Choose the shipping destination in the "Select Tax" pull-down menu during check-out to see how much tax will be applied to your order.

Do you sell wholesale? I've got a tax ID.

We are a retail business. We don't charge tax on Internet orders outside of New Mexico. If you are in New Mexico, we'll be glad to leave off the tax if you provide us with the proper form.

What is the discount for a large quantity purchase?

We offer 5% off orders over $50.00, 10% off orders over $100.00 and 20% off orders above $200.00. These discounts are only available online, not in our retail store.

What if you are out of some items that I order, and that makes my total fall below the volume discount rate that I wanted?

Please make a comment on the order that you want to be informed if this happens. Then you can purchase additional items to bring the total up to the discount rate you wanted. (We apply the discount to the order total that we can ship, not the total that you requested.)

I have a coupon code. Can I apply it to my web order in addition to the automatically calculated discount?

No. We only offer a single discount per purchase. The coupon code will allow you to get a discount in our shop, but the web site automatically discounts for large purchases.
