Country Gems is all about quality products at a fair price. We offer a wide selection of jewelry clasps and findings, gemstone beads, freshwater pearls, glass beads, shells, and metal beads, as well as the basics in jewelry making tools and supplies.
Our Business - We are located in the high desert of Northern New Mexico, in the Old Town section of Albuquerque. You can find us across from the Plaza, West of the old church, in the Plaza Don Luis, second floor. Take a virtual tour of our shop. We have a small minimum bead order of just $7.00 and ship our beads promptly (most orders ship within 24 business hours of receipt depending on the shippers business hours.) Our Customers - Our customers are
primarily bead jewelry making artisans, hobbyists, jewelry stores, and boutiques. We value your business and our reputation. Our policy is "your satisfaction guaranteed 100%." If
for any reason you wish to return your purchase of jewelry supplies, we will gladly refund the price for packages that are unaltered. We do enforce our minimum order amount of $7.00, so please read our return policy before returning items. See our answers to questions on returns for details. Privacy Statement - We believe the Internet is a wonderful tool for people to communicate and share information, products, and services. However, it is also our belief that the information we gather in order to process
a sale is private. We do not sell our mailing lists, nor do we share any of your
personal information with others, aside from what is required to process your order.
The only exceptions to the disclosures of this private information may be to
Federal, State, or local Government agencies, medical or legal authorities in the course
of their duties relating to legal, security, or health matters. All recipients of
such records are required to comply with the Privacy Act of 1974, which details the
protections of personal information. We may send you promotional materials from
time to time, however, you can rest assured you will be given opportunity to stop future
mailings from us. Internet Security - Our Web site uses SSL (secure sockets layer)
encryption for credit card transactions to promote the security of our Internet business.
This means that your credit card and ordering information is secure during transmission
over the Internet. Return Policy - Our goal is that you
are pleased with the beads and jewelry supplies you order from us. However, we
realize that sometimes you may wish to return your purchase. We will accept
returned, unaltered products (with the exception of books, magazines, DVDs, and software) in their original package, within six months of your purchase.
No partial packages can be returned. There is no need to obtain a return
authorization prior to returning any items. However, please include your order number
so we can be sure we have all the information we need to refund your money properly. We do enforce the $7.00 minimum order amount to cover labor and postage. See our answers to questions on returns for details.
