| Our glass beads include a wide variety, although certainly not a comprehensive collection. We offer Delica (Japanese tube) beads, seed beads, Czech pressed glass, Swarovski crystal, Chinese crystal, cats eye (fiber optic), goldstone, and lampwork glass beads.
Our Delica and seed beads are packaged in tubes. They do not come on hanks, like the Czech seed beads. One of the nice things about glass beads, aside from their reasonable price, is their large hole and simply endless variety of colors, shapes, and sizes. In glass beads, when the bead is larger, then so is the bead's hole. That is due to the fact that larger beads are made with larger mandrels. Our lampwork glass beads are from China. Yes, they have been annealed. Their quality is equal to any made in the U.S. except for the price. Yes, our Swarovski crystal beads are genuine. You can really tell the difference between them and lesser quality crystal by their precision cut. Beware, the edges of the beads can be sharp, so use thread that will not be easily cut. |
